About Me- I have been Sculpting in Porcelain since 1992. I have exhibited in numerous art shows in the state of Texas and more recently Florida. I have sold to galleries, stores, gift shops and individuals throughout the world. I currently live in Longwood , Florida with my family, 2 kids, 2 cats, 2 dogs, fish and a bird. About the Art- All my creations are individually hand sculptured in porcelain clay. The colors are achieved by mixing chemical stains into the clay body using a technique called nerikomi. The figures are bisque fired in a kiln, hand glazed and refired tto 2246 degrees to a fine porcelain china. 14k gold is then applied and fired on most pieces.
